The steps involved in selecting candidates are as follows:.
  • Once we receive the demand letter from the client, we publish the same to our database.
  • If required an artwork of an advertisement is made, approved by the client and published in print media having the best readership, to target appropriate candidates.
  • Receive applications, scrutinize & shortlist candidates.
  • Send short-listed CVs to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.
  • Organize online interviews (chat, video-conference, tests etc.)
  • Organize final interviews at a predefined time & venue if required.
  • Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
  • Get new list of selected candidates.
  • Send candidates for medical test.
  • Receive final confirmation from the client.
  • Co-ordinate Travel arrangement of the selected candidates with the Employers’ Agents or our empanelled Travel-Agents
